Great Experience! First time there, called on a Saturday and got a same day oil change appointment. JW was incredibly polite and knowledgeable. Great communication thru text - no calling and waiting on hold for hours trying to get updates like most auto shops. All charges were texted and available thru a link for me to see and approve prior to any work being done. Quick overall inspection and report were also completed and available thru a texted link. The office was incredibly clean and they even opened the door and greeted me as they saw me walking in from the parking lot. As a New Yorker, I can honestly tell you this kind of customer service in Florida is RARE! Thank you JW for such an amazing experience!

From the 1st call to them which was about 2;45, I was told it bring it right over. Check-in was a breeze. Waiting area was not your typical auto shop waiting area. Though I did not wait was greeted with hello , in and out less the 5 minutes.Did I mention nice refreshments if you needed it . Driver was waiting to bring to relatives home. I was so nervous cause ac went out completely. I live in Mississippi. Just within hour half call said what wrong. We agree to terms to fix it. Never expected it to ready by 3 the day. Driver pick up and I was in and out 5 minutes. Now my vacation can continue. What great shop JE ty your the best.

Overall very pleasant experience. I was able to easily schedule an oil change through the website an hour in advance and received relevant information via text in short time. After getting there and filling in basic information as a new customer I brought up that one of my wheels was missing a tire pressure sensor and they were more than happy to get that fixed too - in the same day no less. Prices for the oil change and TPMS were very reasonable especially considering the introductory 25% off I got for the change. Also, I feel I must mention how thorough the free diagnostic they provided was - down to pictures of the inspection and each parts condition. Was quite impressed! I was provided quotes on higher priority maintenance services that would be warranted to get checked on in the near future and never at any point felt that they were pushy about it. Other than that, lobby was well above average. I believe this is the one place I'm taking my vehicle to from now on. Thank you to JW, and Joel for your work and attentiveness

I was in Daytona Beach last week on Vacation. Coming into town the Brake Light switch on my van went out. Called Honest-1 and J.W. answers the phone and tells me to bring it in. They looked at it, confirmed the problem, corrected it. They also preformed a courtesy safety check of the Vehicle and had me on my way! Very Professional staff, a very clean facility and waiting area. I would strongly recommend Honest-1. They took care of me and my problem. Couldn't ask for any better service or treatment. They are on Ridgewood Ave a few short blocks North of the Dunlawton Bridge, next Door to Rossi's Diner

This is an update on my experience there: I paid around $1,900 for rear shocks. It’s been around 10,000 miles later, the Bushings started to break apart and the clanking noises came back. Definitely not a normal lifetime for the shocks especially after paying that amount. I took the car in for warranty, but they said they didn’t see anything wrong. I specified to check the right rear shocks but According to them, the bushings look as they “should,” and they couldn’t hear any clanking noise. My “warranty” experience turns in a speech trying to convince me everything is ok. I just jacked up the car to show you how the shocks are performing — and clearly are not ok, specially right rear bushings. It would be great to receive a response from the managers/owners to see if this inconvenience can be properly addressed and the warranty honored — preferably not at the Ridgewood location. I would gladly update this review if the issue is resolved.
